 Dr. Lance Masters is the academic leader of Enderun Colleges in McKinley Hill, Ft. Bonifacio. As Provost, a position that is new to the Philippines but not to North American universities, Dr. Masters is responsible for all aspects of its academic programs, including the four year bachelor’s degrees in International Hospitality Management, with majors in Culinary Arts and Hotel Administration, BS Entrepreneurship and Family enterprise and the BS Business Administration with majors in Finance and Wealth Management, CRM-based Marketing Management, and Business Process Management and Consulting.
Lance has extensive experience in both higher education and industry. He was President of Pennsylvania’s Thiel College for almost nine years and was a professor, department head and dean of several universities in California for more than twenty years. He has authored a total of more than 50 books, chapters, articles and papers about business and higher education.

As an agent of peace, General Razon sought to put an end to insurgency and violence that has stalled development efforts in many regions of the country
